Game recap
In a game that saw some big named players leave, or not show up, these 2 teams relied on their secondary scoring to settle game 1. At the end, it was the Monsters who would claim to game one 3-2, and the Lighting would let this one slip away. The Lighting would dominate petty much of the entire first period, going into the half up 1-0. However The Monsters would score 2 quick goals in just over the first 2 minutes of the second period. They would exchange goals again, as Chris Rodriquez would score the eventual game winner, securing a 3-2 win for the Monsters.
Game 2 should even be better when these teams should have their big gamers in the line up.
